For recovery, rejuvenation and stress reduction, Core Fitness Training offers in-studio Chair Massage, foam rolling, Restorative Pilates, facilitated stretching, Restorative Yoga, the MELT Method, an electronic rolling massage table and a lymphatic rocker machine; all of which help rehydrate connective tissues and re-integrate the mind and body in positive ways.

We also offer off-site massage therapy sessions as well.
