By themselves, ligaments cannot maintain a stable pelvis. They rely on several muscle systems to assist them. There are two important groups of muscles that contribute to stability of the lower back and pelvis. Muscle imbalance will affect the rest of the kinetic chain. We will be teaching integrational movement patterns to help improve the way you move through life.
