Alex Ramirez

Alex Ramirez

Since I was a child I have always been physically active. My family had me participating in a variety of sports and activities, like karate, basketball and baseball. I really enjoyed karate and basketball and by the age of ten I earned my black belt in Korean Karate and was on a traveling all-star team for basketball. During these early years of sports activity I began to learn about injuries, endurance, hard work and discipline. I continued to compete in basketball and Karate in my high school years, but it wasn’t until I stumbled upon weight lifting that I began my path towards Physical fitness.

I did not get serious about exercise until I started resistance training with a friend. He introduced me to different methods of training the body and I instantly fell in love. I wanted to learn more about the body and through International Sports Science Association; I earned a certificate as an ISSA Certified Trainer and Nutritionist. My eagerness to gain knowledge about all forms of fitness training has not waivered. I am constantly challenging my body and trying new methods of training, so that I can share with all my clients what I have learned.

I’m inviting you to gain from my knowledge and passion about physical fitness. I take great pride in helping men and women of all ages and fitness levels to become successful in attaining their fitness goals. I use a wide variety of training forums ranging from “Specific Training” to “Fat Loss” to “Functional” or “Rehabilitation Training.” I encourage you to get in touch with me today with any fitness questions.
